TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds and Returns:
• Full refunds within 30 days of purchase date on products that have NOT been used. (Plastic taken off the board is considered used). Dated Proof of Purchase is required for any refund or return. Please contact Greco Surfboards prior to returning any products for a return authorization.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipment fee should they want a refund.
Product Warranty:
• Warranty on parts that include the fins and screws: 1 year since the date of purchase.
• The leash is NOT under warranty as we use a third party to supply them as a complimentary addition to the surfboard.
• Please save your invoice. Dated Proof of Purchase is required for any warranty claims.
Caution!
• Do not leave the board in the sun, in your car or store it in lighted or warm areas under any circumstance, especially darker colors. Foam expands under high temperatures so it’s best to cover your board at all times when not in use.
• Board bags DO NOT prevent heat, in fact they are worse! The board bag traps heat and acts as an oven heating the core temperature of the board quicker and more intense.
• Indents can occur to the foam from pressure being placed on the board. Use care in transportation when using tie down straps.
• Do not surf in hazardous conditions including rip currents, near rocks, reefs or dangerous objects and at extreme low tides as serious injury or death can occur.
• Do not drag the board by its leash and always handle with care.
• Always maintain a safe distance from other surfers to avoid colliding with them.
• This board is NOT to be used as a life saving device so be sure that you are a competent swimmer.
• Adult supervision is mandatory if children are using a surfboard.
SUP’s
• The intended use for the Stand Up Paddle Board is for paddling on flat water conditions ONLY. Using them to paddle surf: waves, white water rapids, rivers with rocks or anything outside of permissible calm conditions is at the sole discretion of the user.
• Paddles are used for the sole purpose of paddling ONLY.
Free Shipping
• When free shipping promotion is running, it remains valid ONLY for the continental 48 states, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Discounts are taken into account however, and lower shipping rates than normal will apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
• Returns during free shipping promotion are NOT accepted unless the customer agrees to pay for the return shipment and a refund less the cost to initially ship.
